The buyer is the consumer who places the order.

 

INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE ONLINE STORE

We will strive to at all times provide you with accurate information about our products and our selection. However, we reserve the right to make typographical and typographical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order if the product you have ordered is sold out. In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted, and you will be offered to get the money back, or withdraw in other items with a similar amount.

 

ORDERS

Order confirmation will be sent to you at the e-mail address/mobile number you have provided.

 

PRICES

All prices are stated including VAT. We reserve the right to make printing errors and price changes.

 

PAYMENT

The total cost of the purchase will appear before you confirm the order and includes all expenses including shipping, shipping and VAT. We complete the payment when the order is ready to be shipped.

You can pay securely with a bank card / credit card through PayPal, Vipps or Klarna. For PayPal, you will be redirected to their secure pages.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery of the products takes place to the address given when ordering.

We are responsible for the products until you receive your order. If the product you have ordered is sold out, we will notify you, as well as information about when the product may be delivered.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Items are normally sent from us within 2-5 days after your order is received, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Calculate 2-7 working days delivery time.

 

DELIVERY METHOD

All parcels are sent with Helt Hjem or as 'Parcel in the mailbox' by Norway Post. You get tracking number per. mail / sms when the order has been processed and ready to be sent.

 

DELIVERY TO

We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.

ORDER STATUS

You will be updated on the e-mail address or telephone number you have provided about the status of your order.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days. Returned goods must be unopened and the product must be unused. Returned items are returned with a right of withdrawal form or letter. See link to the form here.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchases at all times, but you can of course return GIS products if:

- The product is damaged

- You have received the wrong product

- You have received a product you have not ordered

The item (s) should be returned by post - within 2 months of receipt of delivery to: GIS BOTANICALS, Observatorie Terrasse 11 A, 0270 Oslo, Norway. Remember to write the name and customer number on the shipment.

If you return a product because you regret the purchase, the goods must be unopened. Submit the products together with the original packaging. Please explain why you are returning the goods. You must pay the return balance yourself. We will not be responsible for the return shipment to our warehouse.

If your return is accepted upon arrival at our warehouse, your return will be handled/refunded within 10 days from time of arrival of the item (s). If you return the product (s) due to product damage or error, we will of course pay the postage.
