Delivery of the products takes place to the address given when ordering. We only deliver to Scandinavian addresses. We are responsible for the products until you receive your order. If the product you have ordered is sold out, we will notify you, as well as information about when the product may be delivered.
RETURNS:
In our online store, the Right of Withdrawal Act and the Consumer Purchase Act apply. If you have received products you have incorrectly ordered or do not want, you can return them to us. Contact us for instructions by email contact@gisbotanicals.no.
We hope you are happy with your purchases at all times, but you can of course return items you have purchased from us if:
- The product is damaged
- You have received the wrong product
- You have received a product you have not ordered
- You regret a purchase. According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Packaging and seals must be intact on products to be returned. The items can be returned by post together with the invoice and return form and any right of withdrawal form to: Observatorie Terrasse 11 A. 0270 Oslo.
If you return a product because you regret the purchase, the products must be returned in the original packaging and the seal must not be broken. You must then pay the return postage yourself. If you complain due to damage to the product or incorrect delivery, we will of course pay postage.
